Position Summary

The primary location of this position is on-site in Cullowhee, NC. This position is designated as being exempt from the State of North Carolina Human Resources Act (EHRA)

Primary responsibility is overseeing the athletic development of Women's Basketball, Women's Soccer, and Women's Tennis. Will also assist with Football as needed. Candidate must be able to work well within a team setting as well as possess the following attributes: able to demonstrate knowledge in the areas of speed development, agility, weightlifting, energy system development, and annual programming. The ideal candidate has a background in the athletic development of Women's Basketball, Women's Soccer, and Women's Tennis. Those serving in this role must possesses the ability to coach and manage their teams with high discipline and command. Must possess the ability and desire to mentor athletes and develop them as young adults.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Bachelor's degree required. Degree must be from an appropriately accredited institution. NSCA (CSCS) or CSCCA.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree from an appropriately accredited institution.
