Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales and management experience in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail.
• Open availability 7 days a week and ability to work a variety of shifts, including opening and closing.

• Own daily store operations and drive overall store performance
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commission sales team
• Drive memberships, commission sales, upgrades, and revenue growth
