Zales, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager in Ocala, FL. You will assist the Store Manager to drive sales, uphold standards, and ensure exceptional customer service while leading a motivated team.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience, preferably in jewelry. You will operate POS terminals, support training, recruit staff, and help manage schedules, rewards, and store policies to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; basic computer skills.
• Ability to interpret instructions from written, oral, diagram, and schedule forms.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.
