True Religion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Vacaville Premium to help drive sales and store performance. You will coach associates, lead shifts as Manager on Duty, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

This full-time role requires 1–3 years in retail leadership, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and comfort with retail systems. Compensation ranges from $19–$21 per hour with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Effectively: Reinforce daily priorities, goals, and expectations while fostering open, respectful communication across the team.
• Coach & Develop Associates: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to support performance, engagement, and growth.
• Execute with Ownership: Take initiative in planning daily workload, staffing, and floor execution to support business needs.
• Problem Solve & Protect Assets: Use sound judgment to address challenges, resolve issues in real time, and support loss prevention and safety practices.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Champion True Religion's selling culture by coaching in the moment and modeling brand-right behaviors.
• Operational Excellence: Support scheduling, payroll controls, policy execution, and compliance with company procedures.
• Visual & Inventory Execution: Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory accuracy, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Other assigned tasks as needed

Additional Role Information

• Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $19-$21 per hour. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak retail hours.
