Catalyst Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lancaster, USA, to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering a premier customer experience. You will help build a capable team, maintain store operations, and ensure a visually appealing environment that reinforces our brand values.

You will lead by example, engage customers, and develop team members to excel in a fast-paced retail setting, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to build a team that delivers results through providing an amazing customer experience. You also share the responsibility to execute all store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

As the Assistant Store Manager you will:

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range
