Position: Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include assisting with overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability, establishing and maintaining guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control.
