Job summary

Everything But Water, LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Seasonal Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations during a seasonal staffing need. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role involves supervising shifts, recruiting and training associates, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring scheduling aligns with business needs. Assignment through December 31, 2026 with possible extension.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1-2 years in retail management.

Responsibilities

Position Location: Fashion Mall at KeystoneEverything But Water is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Seasonal Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations during a seasonal staffing need.This position is intended to provide interim management coverage while a team member is on an approved leave of absence.
