Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to support the store management team in achieving goals by delivering world-class service. You will model customer-first leadership and maintain presence on the sales floor to ensure appropriate staffing and coverage.
In this role you will coach staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and service standards, while upholding our People-First philosophy and solving client issues related to delivery or pickup.

You will support the management team in achieving goals by providing World-Class service. You will serve as a role model for building relationships with customers. You will maintain presence through store supervision to ensure appropriate staff coverage in all areas of the store.
This role offers a competitive compensation package including pay and benefits. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. The anticipated pay range for this role will be: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
