Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merch, payroll and scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Keep stockroom and sales floor well-stocked and neat.
• Protect company assets and cash.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Help store manager supervise and develop store associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and friendly store environment.
• Clean and restock bathrooms, floors, trash, and general areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
