Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure product displays meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store procedures; lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
