Primary Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily store operations, build, train, and develop a team focused on providing a consistent, superior guest experience.
  2. Foster a guest-focused culture emphasizing "Convenience You Can Trust".
  3. Lead by example with high energy and friendliness towards team members and guests.
  4. Create an organized, process-oriented environment.
  5. Communicate company objectives to ensure team understanding of strategic goals.
  6. Set clear expectations and monitor team performance.
  7. Implement systems and focus on execution to enhance store operations.
  8. Manage expenses and plan efficiently to optimize results.
  9. Assist in monitoring financials, sales, and business trends.
  10. Support forecasting, analysis, and management of payroll, loss prevention, and expenses to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
