Maverik Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager (Operations) in Utah who will lead daily store operations and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time role with cross-training between Food Service and Front-of-Store, and a starting pay of $19.04 to $21.04 per hour plus bonus eligibility.

You will foster a service-oriented culture, manage team performance, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting store growth and guest satisfaction.

• Flexible schedule with potential nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 store.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer service.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must obtain and maintain state/local food safety certification.

Shift: This is a full-time opportunity. This position will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
