The primary purpose of the Assistant Store Manager is to assist the Store Manager in upholding the daily store operations of a retail store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising execution, managing expenses and inventory, training and development of the store team, human resources management, and outstanding customer service.
Standard work week not to exceed 40 hours. Requires a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in retail management.
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull, work extended hours during critical project phases, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with flexibility. Reliable transportation required. Willingness to travel by car, plane, or train.
Assistant Manager pay range: $18.40–$20.40 per hour. Bonus opportunity if guidelines or criteria are met. All roles are eligible for the company 401(k) plan. Full‑time roles will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company‑paid time off.
