SmartStop Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6044 in Greenville, Ohio. The role covers leasing storage and parking, supervising a team, assisting with maintenance, and maintaining good tenant relationships.

Starting at $16.50/hour plus bonus, hours Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm. Reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property

• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
