Job Summary NO NIGHTS

The right candidate pays attention to details stays organized and delights in finding great solutions to problems This position is involved in all phases of the operation including leasing storage and parking managing a team assisting with maintenance supervising on site projects and maintaining good relationships with tenants

Hours of Operation Mon Fri 930am to 600pm; Sat 900am 400pm; Sun 1000am 200pm

Starting at 2000hour Bonus

What Youll Do

Rent storage unitsPrepare rental agreementsHandle monetary transactions and banking activitiesCleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the propertyPromotes and sells self storage solutions to potential customersLight maintenanceMaintain a working knowledge of all products and servicesMaintain general curb appealMust have reliable transportation a valid Drivers License and current auto insuranceThe position requires a background checkOther duties as assigned by the Company
