SmartStop Self Storage is hiring Assistant Store Manager for Store 4017 Humble, TX. NO NIGHTS. You’ll rent units, prepare agreements, handle transactions, and keep the property clean and inviting.

Hours are Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm; Sat 9:00am–4:00pm; Sun 10:00am–2:00pm. Starting at $16.50 per hour with a monthly bonus, you’ll join a growing team focused on exceptional customer service. • Rent storage units to customers.

• Perform light maintenance and upkeep.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Pass background check and comply with company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary NO NIGHTS The right candidate pays attention to details stays organized and delights in finding great solutions to problems.

Hours of Operation Mon Fri 930am to 600pm; Sat 900am 400pm; Sun 1000am 200pm.

Starting at 1650hour Bonus.

What Youll Do

• Rent storage units
• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Maintain general curb appeal
• Must have reliable transportation a valid Drivers License and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
