Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Store #1509 in Carrollton, GA. The role involves leasing storage, supervising a team, handling transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will promote storage solutions, perform light maintenance, and maintain knowledge of services. A background check is required; hours are Mon–Fri with additional Saturday coverage as needed.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #1509 - Carrollton, GA) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Starting at $16.00/hour + Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Clean vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
