Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Boiling Springs, SC location. You will manage day-to-day operations, rent units, handle agreements and transactions, and maintain the property to deliver an outstanding tenant experience.

You will lead a small team, assist with leasing and maintenance, and uphold service standards while embracing change and staying organized. This role offers growth and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain rental options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and perform general property cleaning.
• Promote and sell self storage solutions to potential customers.
• Perform light maintenance and maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain curb appeal and ensure on-site organization.
• Ensure reliable transportation, valid license, and insurance.
• Able to pass a background check and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Job Summary NO NIGHTS The right candidate pays attention to details stays organized and delights in finding great solutions to problems This position is involved in all phases of the operation including leasing storage and parking managing a team assisting with maintenance supervising on site projects and maintaining good relationships with tenants Hours of Operation Mon Fri 930 am to 600 pm; Sat 900 am 400 pm; Sun 1000 am 200 pm Starting at 1600hour Bonus

What Youll Do
