SmartStop Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Bend, Oregon. The role involves leasing storage, managing a small team, and coordinating on-site operations with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Successful candidates will promote storage solutions, handle transactions, and maintain facility standards. The position offers daytime hours, a competitive hourly rate, plus a bonus plan and benefits. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #1394 - Bend, Oregon) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm; Sat 10:00am - 4:00pm; Sun Closed

Starting at $19.00 to $21.00 per hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
