SmartStop Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #1243 in Las Cruces, NM. The right candidate will manage leasing storage, supervise a team, assist with maintenance, and maintain strong relationships with tenants to deliver a superior customer experience.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm, Sat 9:00am-2:00pm, with no nights. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour plus bonus, and the role offers benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options to

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements for storage units.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and maintain the property.

• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• The position requires a background check.
