SmartStop Self Storage is hiring for an Assistant Store Manager at Store #1057 in Tucson, AZ. This role oversees leasing, parking, supervising staff, and coordinating maintenance while delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate pays attention to detail, stays organized, and enjoys solving problems. Hours are Mon-Fri 9-5, Sat 9-4, Sun 10-2 with starting pay at $17.00 per hour plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to sell storage solutions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property.
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Light maintenance.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance.
• The position requires a background check.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
