The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching our Sales Associates and driving sales, customer service and operational targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates should have proven supervisory experience and strong retail operations skills, including inventory management and POS software, with a commitment to delivering authentic customer experiences and results.

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store/counter by supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.50 to $32.50. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
