Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive excellence in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment. Candidates should have proven supervisory and retail operations skills, with a passion for coaching others.

Description

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store/counter by supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

Qualifications

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.45 to $35.75. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
