My Sister's Attic is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Desert Ridge - Pinnacle Peak Scottsdale, AZ to help drive sales and deliver top customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead and motivate the store's team while maintaining the highest quality of furniture and home decor aligned with current interior trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail management or leadership experience; furniture store experience a plus.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking.
• Strong customer service background.
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Drive; POS systems.
• Weekend availability required; open/close shifts.
• Able to stand long periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving and exceeding store sales goals.
• Lead by example with excellent customer service and coaching.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining exemplary service.
• Assist Store Manager in hiring, training, motivating, retaining staff.
• Assist evaluating employees' performance goals.
• Perform daily opening/closing procedures and paperwork.
• Protect store assets and report incidents to management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetic view.
