A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Applicants must have a high school diploma, be willing to relocate within 50 miles, and work a flexible schedule that may include opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship during the store leadership program.
• Support execution of store goals and customer service standards.
