Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager with daily operations and supervision.
• Support staff training and achieve production and sales goals.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and appearance per policies.
• Handle banking and record-keeping procedures.
• Develop customer relations and retention plans.
• Monitor expenses to stay within budget and prevent shrinkage.
• Communicate with management about all store operations.
