Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. This role involves assisting the operation of a single store, hiring and directing staff to hit goals and ensure guest satisfaction.

A 3+ week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success, with ongoing career development opportunities and comprehensive training. This is a full-time leadership track within Panda Express.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and help achieve financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
