Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in Kokomo, IN. You will hire, coach, and supervise team members to meet financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A three-week+ leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. We value flexibility, a high school diploma, Serve Safe certification, and willingness to relocate within 50 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule incl. opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to the store team.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare for success.
