Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store and lead a team toward financial goals and outstanding guest service. You will participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program designed to prepare you for success.

Candidate must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles and hold a valid Serve Safe certification. This is a full-time role with exposure to a fast-paced environment and growth within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks.
