Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store in the Dover area. You will hire, manage, and direct associates to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success as a store leader. We require a high school diploma, flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, and a flexible schedule that may include opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Support store leadership and drive execution during shifts to maximize guest satisfaction and store performance.
• Complete the 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success as a store leader.
