• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs arise.
• Exceptional communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with employees and customers, fostering a positive, engaging environment.
• Support meeting sales targets and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain store operations with efficient workflows and compliance with company standards.
• Lead safety and risk management practices and PPE compliance.
• Analyze Profit & Loss statements and monitor expenses to maximize profitability.
