Qualifications

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience is a plus and training is provided.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to meet operational objectives and guest service goals.
• Oversee store operations and financial performance, ensuring targets are achieved while maintaining an energetic and safe work environment.
• Occasionally perform duties of other store team members (lube techs, mechanics/technicians) as needed.
