Job summary

The Save Mart Companies in Kingsburg, CA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, directing day-to-day store operations and leading front-end and center-store teams. You will drive service, sales, and profit while ensuring policy compliance and staff development.

This role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, plus a four-year degree and at least two years of management experience.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of labor contracts.

• Education: Four year college degree or RMCP, or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of management/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead front-end and center-store operations to meet service levels.
