Qualifications

• 2+ years as Co/Assistant Manager in apparel or similar volume store.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to create action plans to grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop and coach team members to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations and merchandising standards consistently.
• Support POS transactions during shifts and perform management duties in absence of Store Manager.
