Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.
• Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising and scheduling.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and model a positive customer-focused environment.
• Communicate action plans for projects and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and service targets; coordinate loss prevention.
