Western Automotive Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Henderson, NV to lead daily store operations and drive excellent customer service. You will assist with opening/closing, sales goals, inventory, and staff supervision to keep the team productive and the store profitable.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, strong communication, and a staff-first mindset. This full-time role offers competitive pay and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced automotive retail

Formación

• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, and basic business software.
• Ability to understand sales reports, budgets, and store performance goals.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, improving efficiency, and maintaining profitability.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and help minimize product loss.
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and other store management software.
• Review work orders, vehicle inspection reports, and service documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Help ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and applicable environmental regulations.
• Assist with employee training, scheduling, performance management, and daily team supervision.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive customer experience.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support store operations.
