Sephora Kansas City is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and elevate client experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, profitability, and a welcoming environment in a fast-paced beauty retailer.
You will recruit and onboard talent, provide real-time coaching, manage performance, and maintain Sephora’s standards for service, visuals, and brand guidelines while supporting loyalty programs and community
Qualifications
- Experience as retail assistant manager in high-volume stores.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for coaching and staff development.
Responsibilities
- Support store operations and client experience on a daily basis.
- Inspire and empower the store team to meet performance goals.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent.
- Conduct continuous coaching and performance feedback.
- Deliver exceptional client service and drive loyalty programs.
- Ensure store visuals and policies are upheld.
- Optimize inventory and staffing to respond to business needs.
