AutoZone is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and energize team performance in a fast-paced retail setting. You will drive sales, ensure WOW! customer service, and develop talent under the guidance of the Store Manager.

• ASE Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
• Foster clear communication with employees and customers.
• Help meet sales targets and maintain inventory levels.
• Take responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure WOW! customer service, resolve concerns, and transform complaints into positive experiences.
• Lead merchandising and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment.
• Enforce PPE usage and promote workplace safety.
• Assist in budgeting, review Profit & Loss statements, and monitor expenses for profitability.
