Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Coach and develop store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, service targets, and in-store promotions.
• Maintain store visuals and merchandising in accordance with brand standards.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and inventory accuracy.
