Job summary

A major retail store in Midland, Texas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee Guest Services and support the Store Manager in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have prior retail and/or management experience, fulfill physical demands, and help maximize sales and profitability through staff development and inventory control. Qualifications
