Columbia Sportswear Company is opening a new store in Park Meadows in October 2026. Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and managing day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; no specific education required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience operating a POS system and in-store computer systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
• Execute and support plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff as necessary.
• Provide coaching and direction to ensure staff performance standards are met.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
• Help develop and implement action plans to address issues relating to sales, safety, and training.
