Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks frequently.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain store areas and organize stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and store communications related to activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merch, and record keeping.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Supervise and train Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep store clean and well-stocked; restock bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
