Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team across operations, sales, and people leadership. You will drive daily store performance, coach a team, and ensure outstanding service.

In this role you'll manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and store systems while upholding Skechers' brand standards and values. Weekend/evening coverage required; 18+ and previous retail leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and manage restocking for a seamless floor.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening/closing procedures.
• Drive revenue growth with performance initiatives and target setting.
