Job summary

Fabletics at Christiana Mall in Newark, DE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager and drive sales and operations, creating a seamless omnichannel experience for shoppers.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management, strong customer service, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will coach associates, meet KPIs, and uphold merchandising and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience within a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiar with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training store Associates and preparing them to actively engage customers.
• Drive Customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment through events and promotions.
• Support and manage daily store activities in alignment with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer journey.
• Provide feedback from all levels to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency and quality.
