Job summary

Stonebriar Auto Services LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Louisville. You will lead store teammates, train staff, ensure safety guidelines, motivate the team, and direct operations to meet company objectives while keeping the environment energetic and customer-focused.

Experience in vehicle maintenance is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required. You may perform duties of Lube Techs or mechanics as needed and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required or demonstrated.
• Vehicle maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to meet objectives.
