Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback.

Responsibilities

Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with focus on shrink/damages.
Attract, recruit, and develop top talent; provide training and ongoing development; mentor Associates and create a positive environment.
Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes; input on succession planning.
Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store programs and improve layout and efficiency.
