Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding with high-caliber talent; provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards; manage expenses and shrink.
