Job summary

Enmarket is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations and lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service. You will help ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every customer and assist with training, scheduling, and daily administration.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills. This on-site role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and reliable transportation in the local area.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of one year retail experience.
• General computer knowledge.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions.
• Must be able to stand at all times.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work any shift within operational hours of the store and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Mentor team members to provide fast and friendly service.
• Ensure every customer receives a great shopping experience.
• Check in vendor deliveries and assist with stocking.
• Complete required paperwork including shift reports and sales reconciliation.
