Domino's Team BAM! in Irving, TX is hiring a Store Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily operations, drive standards, and provide hands-on leadership on the floor.

You will supervise staff, count inventory, ensure cleanliness, interview and onboard new team members, and coordinate deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service. 18+ years old, reliable transport, and full-time availability are required; prior QSR management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
