Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cash handling and basic bookkeeping.
• Food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations.
• Hire, supervise and train staff to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain standards and provide fast, friendly service.
• Ensure regular onsite attendance and uphold food program standards.
• Demonstrate urgency, leadership and customer focus.
• Support merchandising and bookkeeping activities.
